Motherboard is prone to failure

I received this computer last year as a Christmas gift.
I'm, as of now on my second motherboard and it needs to be replaced again.
This computer is great for web browsing, but once you actually start to demand something of it, you end up disappointed. It can't handle HD at all, even with VLC, the integrated video memory can't do anything more than 720p and even then it's shaky.
With Vista, it runs terribly, but if you get rid of that problem and install XP, it handles rather well with minimal errors and wait time.
When you call customer service, you are connected with someone in India who can't understand you and you don't understand them, very difficult to get any help.

Great as a netbook replacement, but if you're looking for something capable of pictures and video, pay more up front and avoid the hassle.

Great laptop pc!!!

I happen to own this paticular model and it consistantly out preforms all of my other computers. (I own 2 laptops and 2 desktops all newer) With a 2ghz celeron processor and 2gigs of ram you can't go wrong! This laptop handles multiple tasks like a champ without freezing up, while operating on windows vista! That is impressive since vista uses alot of memory alone. I bought the laptop for $500 at Walmart 2 years ago and thought that was expensive, but looking back I think I made a great buy. If you find this laptop cheaper than I got it, "BUY IT!" it won't dissapoint, I promise.
