Great Laptop - Minor Annoyances

I'll keep my review short by only talking about the things I don't like about it (because I really like most things about it):

VOLUME CONTROL - there's no dial or control dedicated specifically to volume. You have to hold down the Fn key and then press another key so two hands are involved unless you have super long fingers (and even then it's awkward). This is a real inconvenience because I listen to music on this laptop.

HANDLING - you can not open the laptop with one hand. It's built pretty sturdy (which is a great thing) but that is probably why the hinges don't release the top half of the laptop with one hand unless you hold the bottom half down with your other hand.

APPEARANCE - shiny exterior is appealing but scratches easily. Also, why brown (even if it's dark brown)???

Again, I like this laptop a lot but the above are small annoyances I think of every single time I use it.
